Chris Teaches at CCS

Today Chris was asked to teach at chapel at Cuatro Christian School. This is where I taught last year. It was wonderful to see the children and teachers! Chris did a great job in his talk. He spoke about purity. He used a neat example of a water bottle filled with water and mud and a water bottle filled with clean water. The kids enjoyed it and seem to grasp what Chris was saying.

Gerald, from the children's home was so cute. All of a sudden he was standing and the only one standing, trying to listen carefully to what Chris was teaching.

Internet

Unfortunately, we don't have internet yet. So, until we get internet at home, I will only be able to update our blog probably once a week.

First Day of School

This was also Chris' first day of school too...as a dad. He said he was only a little nervous.

First Day Back

Rylee's had her first day of school August 2nd. She said it was great to be back and see all of her friends.

It was fun to see Rylee's friends run to greet her!

We're Back!

We made it back! The flight was great. No trouble getting back into the country.

We have been busy trying to get our place ready to move into. We had a little bit of trouble locating some of our stuff that was missing when we moved in, but we have found most of it. We are painting and I will have pictures soon of our place.

It was great to see the kids at the children's home. We sure did miss them. And we got to see Emon, Manny's brother, for those of you who followed my other blog.

Chris has gotten to meet with Eddie, his good friend and Filipino ministry partner. He has also gotten to go out to Tanza with Dave.
